This marvel of technology was developed in Galia by a team of scientists from the ‘Ecos’ faction. Although the details of the design are secret, it is clear that a legendary puri of never alone (on a quest with a certain Saand) was heavily involved in its conception. This object allows its owner to create a mental connection with any puri from Galia in order to engage in communication, even when they have crossed a dimensional portal.
